Virtual CEO/CFO

X-Roads took on the responsibilities of CFO for a high tech startup in the energy management sector. During an 18 month engagement we implemented internal controls, cash management processes , business planning and eventually secured a listing on the Canadian Venture Exchange.

Growth-Driven Exit Planning

Working with a marketing communications firm X-Roads helped define their product set, target markets, and value proposition.  Developed a go forward action plan that would allow them to turnaround their declining sales performance. Worked with the Management Team to redefine and focus their product offerings, refocused their efforts into three target markets and created winning value propositions for each product within each target market.  Delivered a go-forward plan that was appropriate to their financial strength, capabilities and that would meet their objectives.
